I've worked in the Australian early childhood sector for that time, in leadership roles across services.

I've delivered professional development for local agencies and services across the sector.
I've led dozens of services to Exceeding ratings.
Throughout my career, I watched passionate educators and capable leaders spend more and more of their time managing systems instead of supporting children, mentoring teams or leading pedagogy. I know the answer isn't asking people to work harder.
