Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 July 2026

These terms govern your use of pocketpedagogy.com (the “Site”), operated by Pocket Pedagogy (ABN 46 605 750 270), based in the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this Site

The Site provides information, free resources, and links to Pocket Pedagogy products for early childhood professionals. It is a professional support resource, it is not a substitute for professional judgement, formal training, regulatory advice, or clinical or legal assessment.

2. Products and external purchases

Pocket Pedagogy products (including QIP Flow, Schema Spot, and any future offerings collectively referred to as the “Products”) are offered by Pocket Pedagogy but are hosted, sold, and delivered through external platforms. When you follow a link from this Site to a Product page:

  • the purchase, account creation, delivery, refund, subscription, and support arrangements are governed by the terms and conditions of the platform that hosts that Product;
  • any payment is processed by that external platform’s payment provider, not by this Site;
  • you should read the relevant Product page’s terms and privacy policy before completing a purchase.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a direct offer of sale or a contract of sale for a Product. The contract for a Product is formed between you and the platform hosting that Product at the point of purchase.

3. Free resources

Free resources on the Site (including blog articles, guides, and future webinars) are provided for the personal professional use of the individual accessing them. They may not be resold, redistributed, or republished without written permission. You are welcome to share links to the resource pages.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Pocket Pedagogy brand, is owned by Pocket Pedagogy or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • breach any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe the rights of any other person;
  • send unsolicited or misleading messages via the contact form; or
  • interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

6. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including our Product platforms. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party site linked from ours.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Pedagogy excludes all warranties not expressly set out in these terms and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
